Processing time

All cups are handmade to order, which means processing time may vary depending on order volume. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be created and packages before it ships. During holidays or busy seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Order changes or Cancellations

Once and order has entered productions, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need assistance.
