Due to the custom and handmade nature our products, we do not accept return, exchanges, or cancellations once and order has been placed and processed. Each item is carefully crafted just for you, and variations in color, glitter, or design may occur — this is part of the charm or handmade art.

Damaged or incorrect items

We want you to be completely happy with your order! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Lost or missing packages
Once your order has shipped Fairy Sip Cups by Karla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to your shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.

 Returns (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in rare cases, such as confirmed, order errors or damages verified by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
